Why Washington is the capital city for comedy

When it's time to tape a comedy special, comedians often turn to the capital city, where there's a bounty of grand old theaters and an audience that always seems hungry for comic relief."A lot of the cities are good, but D.C. has a nice mix of enthusiasm and . . .
